Returns
Our company's return policy allows for a period of seven days from the date of order delivery for any potential refund or exchange requests. We regret to inform you that we are unable to honor any refund or exchange requests beyond this seven-day period.
For your item to be eligible for product return, it must be unused and remain in the same condition in which it was received. Additionally, it must be returned in its original packaging. To facilitate a product return, we kindly ask that you provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. This will enable us to complete your return request in a timely and efficient manner.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, if it meets our return policy criteria and is approved, a refund for the product will be initiated. The refund amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment or credit card within a three to five business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you receive a damaged item due to our fault, we are more than happy to exchange it for you. We only replace items in cases where damage is present and is the result of our actions. In such cases, we will take all necessary steps to ensure that a new, undamaged item is sent to you in a timely and efficient manner.
Please note that we are unable to replace items that are damaged due to factors beyond our control, such as mishandling during shipping or improper use. As part of our return policy, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Free US shipping only applies when we ship to you, if the order is returned to us and a refund is requested it will be $7 USD for shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
